They arrived exactly when they said they would, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. The following day, when we were concerned that the house wasn't cooling as expected, they came back without hesitation. In fact, they reach out to me before summer and winter to do seasonal maintenance which is free with the plan. If my HVAC system ever breaks, I get a discount with the plan to install a new system.
