These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the use of text messaging services provided by Home Rangers LLC (“Home Rangers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from Home Rangers, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
Home Rangers offers SMS (text message) communications to provide customers with information related to HVAC and plumbing services, including but not limited to:
- Responding to service inquiries (including AI-assisted chat responses)
- Following up on service requests and estimates
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating service appointments
- Service reminders, updates, and maintenance discussions
- Occasional promotional offers, discounts, or service announcements
Message frequency may vary. The number of messages you receive will depend on your interactions with us.
2. How You Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Home Rangers through one or more of the following methods:
- Submitting a website form or online booking request that includes an SMS disclosure and an SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default)
- Submitting your phone number through online advertising lead forms (such as Google or Facebook) that disclose SMS communication
- Requesting SMS communication during an online chat or AI-assisted chat experience
- Verbally authorizing SMS communication during a phone call with our staff, where consent is documented
By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Home Rangers at the phone number you provide.
3. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase any products or services from Home Rangers.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Home Rangers is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving or sending text messages.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us.
After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you later opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers
SMS messages are supported by most major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Home Rangers is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through SMS communications is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website.
9. Changes to SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
