He spent the needed time to address and fix the issues. He explained how the system works and what to expect from the Rinnai system (we just moved into the house and never had this type of water heater). He also explained some of the other mechanical systems in our house that I asked about and how they could service in the future. We are going to arrange to have Home Rangers service our hot water heater, boiler and radiant heat system annually with their service contracts.
