The team provided prompt, reliable service right in the middle of the July 4th holiday weekend. They arrived exactly when they said they would, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. The following day, when we were concerned that the house wasn't cooling as expected, they came back without hesitation. Once again, they arrived on time and thoroughly inspected the entire system to ensure everything was working properly. To top it off, they even contacted me the next day to follow up and make sure everything was still working well. That level of customer care is rare these days. Overall, the service was exceptional. After having my heater repaired a few times, I decided to go on their maintenance plan. There was no pressure to do that. In fact, they reach out to me before summer and winter to do seasonal maintenance which is free with the plan. If my HVAC system ever breaks, I get a discount with the plan to install a new system.
